Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the information TriHammer collects, how that information is used, the parties to whom it is disclosed, the method of that disclosure, and the security practices we apply to protect it. TriHammer is a triathlon race-strategy app operated by 904 Software LLC. By using TriHammer at trihammer.com or through our mobile apps, you agree to the practices described here. We collect the minimum needed to run the service and improve it.

Information We Collect

• Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Race and rider inputs. The values you enter to run a strategy, such as your functional threshold power (FTP), weight, swim, bike, and run times, age group, and selected race. These are used to produce your placing prediction and power plan.
• Subscription and payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. Your full card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch TriHammer's servers. We retain a customer and subscription reference from Stripe so we can manage your subscription, along with your subscription status and plan.
• Product analytics and error monitoring. We collect product-interaction events (such as which screens you open and when you create a strategy) and error and crash diagnostics (such as stack traces, device model, OS version, and app version) so we can understand usage and fix bugs.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service, including generating your placing predictions and bike power plans from the inputs you enter.
• To create and maintain your account and to authenticate you when you sign in.
• To manage your subscription, including billing, renewals, and cancellations through Stripe.
• To monitor, debug, and improve the product through analytics and error reporting.
• To send you service-related messages about your account or subscription.

How and With Whom We Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information only to the third-party service providers we rely on to operate TriHammer, and only as needed for them to perform their service. Disclosure to these providers happens electronically through secure, encrypted connections. Our providers are:

• Stripe processes payments and manages subscriptions.
• Fly.io hosts our application server and database.
• Vercel hosts our website.
• PostHog provides product analytics.
• Sentry provides error and crash monitoring.

Each provider processes only the data needed for its function. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TriHammer and its users.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS. Account passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes, never in plain text. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, and are never stored on our servers. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Rights

You can access the information in your account at any time by signing in. You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it from the “Delete account” option in the app or on your account page on the web. If you cancel a subscription, Stripe retains billing records as required for its own legal and financial obligations.

Children

TriHammer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively weaken protections without notice.
